Keith Long has swooped on rival League of Ireland clubs by making four new signings for Bohemians ahead of the 2020 season and their return to European football after an eight-year absence.

Long has previously stated that Europa League football will not in itself transform how they operate in the transfer market but he has been able to strengthen his squad for next season, while finances have also been boosted by a four-year sponsorship deal with Des Kelly Interiors.

Midfielder JJ Lunney returns to Bohs after a one-year stay at Waterford, while ex-Wolves man Anto Breslin moves from Longford Town, the defender reunited with former St Kevin's Boys team-mates like Danny Mandroiu.

And the Gypsies have also signed goalkeeper Stephen McGuinness (Cabinteely) and midfielder Kris Twardek (Sligo Rovers). The Phibsboro club also announced new deals for Andre Wright, Andy Lyons, Christian Magerusan, Dawson Devoy, Keith Ward, Luke Wade-Slater and Promise Omochere.
