The Bit O'Red host St Pat's in next week's final game knowing a win will take the pressure off them before next month's FAI Ford Cup final for which they will be without suspended stars Richie Ryan and Matthew Blinkhorn.

UCD pushed to get back into it, as David McMillan hit the post with a free, while Ciaran Kelly tipped a Ciaran Kilduff header over. Kilduff then got lucky when blocking a Kelly kick-out into the net, but UCD couldn't get a second.
