Shane Duffy has given Ireland an early lead in the second leg of the World Cup play-off with Denmark in Dublin.

The Danish defence failed to effectively clear a lofted Robbie Brady free-kick into the box and Duffy was on hand to head the ball into the back of the net to give Ireland a 1-0 lead on aggregate.

Should Ireland win, Martin O'Neill's side will qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
