Another day, another example of Italian legend Gianluigi Buffon being a true gent.
After Ireland beat Italy 1-0 at Euro 2016 to advance to the knockout stage, Buffon - who was a replacement that night - was the first man over to Martin O'Neill and Roy Keane to say well done.
Buffon's zeal to pay tribute to the Irish management team was so great that he actually reached the duo before any of the Boys in Green could hug their coaches.
That is just the kind of person Buffon is. After Italy were eliminated following a heartbreaking penalty shootout defeat to Germany, the Juventus icon was again magnanimous in defeat as he congratulated the victors.
It seems that Buffon has carried his good grace into his off-season. This Juventus fans Facebook page have found this heartwarming video of Buffon playing in goal during a kick around with a group of kids.
It is nice to see that Buffon's intensity dips during his holidays from the usual manic aggression he uses to organise his defence.
Italian captain Gianluigi Buffon will not be lifting the Henri Delaunay trophy in Paris next week but his conduct throughout his country's campaign has made him one of the personalities of the tournament.
