Ireland's U-17 side have been drawn alongside Bosnia, Denmark and Belgium in Group C for next month's European Championships.

Colin O'Brien's team were top seeds after their flawless record in qualifying and they will fancy their chances of making an impression at the finals tournament in England.

Bosnia and Denmark were in the same group in the Elite Round of qualifying - the final hurdle - and finished level on top, with two teams going through to the finals. They both edged out France to make it there.

Meanwhile, Belgium finished second in their pool behind Sweden. Ireland played Bosnia in last year's finals tournament and managed to come away with the victory that ultimately ended up putting them into the quarter-finals.

Several of that side are still eligible for this year's renewal and they will expect to advance to the knock-out stages again.
