First day at school: Pro students kick off

New Charlotte Independence manager Jim McGuinness catches up with Ireland boss Mick McCarthy at the beginning of the FAI's Pro Licence course in Johnstown House.

McGuinness is one of 19 candidates kicking off an 18-month process to complete their coaching badges. McCarthy and his assistant Terry Connor were present to address a group which includes their fellow staff member Robbie Keane and McGuinness.
