Shamrock Rovers midfielder Aaron Bolger has completed a move to Championship side Cardiff City.

And the Hoops predict there will be offers for U-17 cap James Furlong, previously linked with a move to Fulham.

"I'd expect someone to come in alright because there has been so much interest and so many phone calls, but where that goes I'm not so sure," said Rovers boss Stephen Bradley after the club last night confirmed that the 19-year-old had completed his move to Cardiff after a spell there on loan.

"There is a lot of interest in James but nothing serious yet. He showed maturity beyond his years.

"He has played men's football. I still think there is loads to learn but he's a good kid and he has half a chance if he keeps working hard."

Bohemians, meanwhile, will today formally reject a "derisory" bid for Ireland U-19 cap Andy Lyons from League One side Wimbledon.

Ireland U-19 striker Ali Reghba has confirmed his exit from Bohs ahead of a possible move to Leicester City, but the Phibsboro club know that other players will be in demand, with 'keeper James Talbot and ex-Brighton player Danny Mandroiu in the spotlight.
