BLACKPOOL have had a bid for Derry winger James McClean turned down, with Derby and West Ham monitoring the 22-year-old's situation.
The Creggan native has been Derry's star man in their return to the Airtricity League Premier Division, scoring seven goals.
Ian Holloway is the first manager to make a realistic offer, but the Foylesiders are holding out for a better deal.
"Obviously, I'm still learning and still trying to improve my game and should an offer come in for me from a good club, then I would certainly sit up, take advice on the matter and move on," McClean said.
Blackpool are also monitoring Dundalk winger Daniel Kearns who was watched by club scouts at Oriel Park last Friday as the Lilywhites beat Galway United 6-1.
