Chimenti's fist of fury no help to Juve

JUVENTUS third-choice goalkeeper Antonio Chimenti made a bit of an eejit of himself both on and off the pitch last weekend.

Chimenti, who was deputising for the injured Gianluigi Buffon and Alex Manninger, conceded a howler of a goal when Antonio Cassano beat him from 40 yards during Juventus' 1-0 defeat to Sampdoria.

But Chimenti went one better in the dressing room after the game when, stung by the fact that his blunder had cost his side the game, he punched a small table, breaking his hand in the process.

"I came back into the dressing room first and dealt with my anger by punching a small table. Unfortunately I broke my hand," said the red-faced 'keeper.
