Zlatan Ibrahimovic missed the previous game between Chelsea and PSG at Stamford Bridge. He didn't get to play in much of the most recent meeting either.

The controversial Swede was shown a straight red card after going in strong for a 50/50 ball with Chelsea midfielder Oscar.

Referee Bjorn Kuipers had no hesitation in reaching for his red card and flashing it in Ibrahimovic's direction.

Commentator Gary Neville said the referee made a mistake.

"No - not a red card that for me," said the England assistant, who added that the referee was "quick on the draw (for his card) - too quick for me".

The two players were vying for a loose ball and both went in strong, but it was Oscar who appeared to come off worse. The referee then took just seconds to show a red card to the PSG striker.

But did the official get it right? See the incident below
