Liverpool supporters have praised a heart-rending video which encapsulates the drama and glory of the club's road to Madrid ahead of Saturday's Champions League final showdown with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Youtube channel RLFComps' video entitled 'Liverpool - The Road To Madrid' has gained over 230,000 views and details the club's run to the final with emotional quotes from Bill Shankly and other club legends.

Many Irish Liverpool fans will make the pilgrimage to Madrid with flights and hotel rooms at a premium in the Spanish capital due to the high demand.

They will be hoping Jurgen Klopp's side go one better than last year's Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid in Kiev.

Meanwhile, according to the Liverpool Echo, Napoli have made an approach to sign Nathaniel Clyne as Reds boss Klopp looks to shake up his squad this summer.

Clyne is seen as surplus to requirements at Anfield having spent the second half of the season on loan at Bournemouth.

Liverpool are reportedly willing to entertain offers of around £15million for the 28-year-old, who due to injury has been restricted to just four starts for the club since May 2017.
