Kone may pay high price for success

Levante's in-form striker Arouna Kone is facing a major dilemma because he's scoring too many goals.

The Ivorian footballer, who is on loan from Sevilla, has led the Spanish minnow's charge towards La Liga's Champions League places with his 15 league goals this season.

However, a clause in his contract would see Kone's contract automatically revert back into Sevilla's hands if he scores 18 goals in a season -- something the striker most certainly doesn't want after enduring a disastrous spell there following his €12m move from PSV in 2007. With his team just two points off fourth place, Kone goals may well result in a dream season for Levante but a nightmare for himself.
