MICHAEL McGOVERN: Made one terrific stop from Robert Mak but his kicking was poor. 6/10

SHANE FERGUSON: Started in place of newly-wed Stuart Dallas and looks to be over his play-off final disappointment with Millwall. 7

JONNY EVANS: Commanding presence in the defence who made a number of key tackles. 8

CRAIG CATHCART: Withdrawn after half-an-hour due to a knee in the back. Michael O'Neill revealed it was as a precaution. 6

GARETH McAULEY: Blocked everything that came his way and touched the ball away from Michal Duris as he bore down on goal. 8

PADDY McNAIR: Played at right wing-back and looks more comfortable in central midfield. 6

OLIVER NORWOOD: His set-piece deliveries were uncharacteristically poor. 6

CHRIS BAIRD: Worked brilliantly as the midfield shield and may have earned himself a starting spot against Poland. 8

STEVEN DAVIS: Not one of his better nights but still showed plenty of industry. 7

KYLE LAFFERTY: Felt he should have won an early penalty before being taken off with a calf injury. 7

JAMIE WARD: Did little to prove he should be keeping Conor Washington out of the team. 6

AARON HUGHES (on for Cathcart, 30): Helped keep a clean sheet on his 100th appearance. 7

JOSH MAGENNIS (on for Ward, 46): Also worked hard but had little to feed off going forward. 6

CONOR WASHINGTON (on for Lafferty, 54): Nearly scored a third international goal in as many games. 7

CORRY EVANS (on for Norwood, 83): Introduced to keep things tight late on. 6

LEE HODSON (on for Ferguson, 86): Likely to be third-choice left-wing back at the Euros and this was a cameo. 6

CONOR McLAUGHLIN (on for McNair, 90): Had no time to make an impact. 6
