Sample Food Plan

Breakfasts

Two oatcakes with half a sliced banana and two teaspoons of nut butter

Snack

Small pot of Greek yoghurt with handful of blueberries or raspberries

Lunch

Small wholemeal pitta with tuna and salad, no mayo. Add small teaspoon of olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Snack

One boiled egg and a handful of unsalted nuts

Dinner

Seafood stir fry with broccoli, peppers, carrots etc, dash of light soy sauce

Health & Living
