Watch: Racing 92 prop Census Johnston to miss Munster clash after being banned for dangerous ruck play

RACING 92 tighthead prop Census Johnston will miss his side’s European Champions Cup semi-final against Munster after being hit with a four-week ban.

The Samoa front-row received the suspension as a result of an incident in his team’s Top 14 clash with Lyon in which he dangerously charged into an opponent at a ruck.

The experienced campaigner will be a loss to the Parisians who booked their place in the last four with a win over Clermont last weekend.

Munster pair Simon Zebo and Darren Sweetnam will sit out this week’s PRO14 clash with the Southern Kings in George.

Meanwhile, Seán O’Brien says he hopes to return to action against Zebre next week in order to prove his fitness for Leinster’s semi-final meeting with Scarlets on April 21.

The Tullow Tank has admitted his frustration at missing out on Ireland’s Grand Slam and Leinster’s quarter-final victory over Saracens, but is hopeful of contributing to the cause before the season is out and wants to go on the summer tour of Australia.

“I’m pretty close. I probably didn’t want to go out (against Saracens) half-cocked. It probably made sense not to play,” he said.
