Ireland Sevens qualify for the World Series, the PRO14 reaches the business end as the Champions Cup looms on the horizon again.

Cian Tracey fills the sizeable boots of Will Slattery, and he is joined by Luke Fitzgerald ahead of another busy week.

Ireland Sevens made history by qualifying for the World Series for the first time and Luke believes having another avenue for players can only benefit Irish Rugby.

Connacht face a season defining game against Cardiff and Luke and Cian discuss how securing Champions Cup rugby is the next stage of the Westerners' development.

The lads analyse Munster's back-three options. Luke reckon's Johann van Graan's side must be brave against Saracens, but before that they have to see off a rapidly improving Benetton side.

Luke is of the view that there will be a big response from Leinster at home having as Leo Cullen welcomes back two key men in Robbie Henshaw and Devin Toner.

Plus, Cian and Luke talk about Will Addison's set-back and call for a reaction from Ulster to finish the season on a high.
