Munster have the best penalties conceded record in the Heineken Cup this season, giving away an average of just 8.3 penalties/free-kicks per game.

The Reds have also been the most effective side at the breakdown, winning more turnovers per game (12.1) and achieving the best ruck success rate (97pc).

Toulon have averaged more penalty kicks at goal per game (3.9) than any other clubs in the Heineken Cup this season, with tournament joint-top points scorer Jonny Wilkinson knocking over a competition high 19.

Wilkinson and Munster's Ian Keatley are level at the top of the points-scoring charts for this season with 79 apiece.

Toulon flanker Steffon Armitage is top of the turnovers-won chart with 17.

Munster No 8 James Coughlan has scored two tries and has missed just seven of 59 attempted tackles and has had a strong work rate in attack, making 64 carries and 326 metres, beating 13 defenders along the way.
