star turn

The Cork side's play-off dreams seemed to be fading at Thomond Park but, led by Sam Cronin, they scored three tries in seven minutes before adding a penalty try for the bonus point to keep on the tails of the three sides above them.

One to watch

Luke Marshall (Ballymena)

An up-and-coming Academy out-half Marshall is highly rated in Ulster circles and was unfortunate not to make the Ireland U-20 squad this year. His development continued on Saturday with 11 points for Ballymena and he has plenty more to his game than kicking, with an eye for the line and good hands.

3 Old Belvedere, Lansdowne and Queens are the three sides who are guaranteed promotion with two rounds to go.
