Watching Paul O'Connell play chicken with a rhino, Jonathan Sexton explode into butterflies and Robbie Henshaw burst into flames is not something you see every day.

Three, official sponsors of the Irish rugby team, have released an epic new advert which will air before tomorrow's crunch Six Nations clash with France at the Aviva.

O'Connell's co-star in the advert Jonathan Sexton returns to action following a 12-week lay-off and the Limerick man is confident he will slip seamlessly back into the team.

“He’s a really good professional, he enjoys his training and while he has treated the break as a bit of a mini-pre-season, work on his hamstring and stuff like that,” he said after today’s Captain’s Run.

“I played with ROG (Ronan O’Gara) for many years and teams always attacked the 10 channel, it’s always a focus and it’s part and parcel of the game. France can attack you anywhere.”

Here's the advert and below is a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the ad with Joe Schmidt narrating.
