It's no surprise that Ireland lead the way with eight selections after their dominant campaign, while France have four players included and Scotland get three into the XV.
Johnny Sexton is our number 10 after his perfect Six Nations send off, while Antoine Dupont partners him at half-back after his sensational run of form.
James Ryan is one of five Ireland players included in the pack, while Scotland get both centre spots after their attack really clicked throughout the competition.
