Sean O'Brien has revealed his training ground secret to ensure he is not sidestepped by Jordan Larmour.

Larmour made his Ireland debut in last Saturday's 37-point win over Italy and both O'Brien and Luke Fitzgerald agreed that there were very promising moments from the Leinster man.

Speaking on the Left Wing LIVE in association with Aer Lingus on Monday, O'Brien said: "He has that bit of x-factor and he is electric. He is a good lad and he has a good head on his shoulders, it's about how you manage that the right way and he knows that as well.

"He will learn an awful lot from last weekend and he has something special there, definitely.
Watch below:

"When he is coming running at me (in training) I am calling him out, 'watch his feet, watch his feet'. You don't want to get sidestepped by the young fella in the squad.

"You definitely know what he is capable of. He is a danger when he has the ball in hand for sure. At training lads know to get together when he is running at you."
