Lions certainty Hogg the standout player
Invariably when people select their best teams from a tournament the most recent in the memory tends to have the most obvious impact. So in an attempt to be fair we'll try and stretch it out over all five rounds.
The most influential and most exciting back for me by far was Stuart Hogg. He has surely nailed down the full-back starting slot for New Zealand with the Lions.
Sam Warburton looks a shoo-in for the captaincy despite taking a sabbatical for his country throughout this Six Nations campaign.
England were without doubt the best team over the five matches given that they were the only side to win away from home (in Cardiff) other than in Rome. The inability of the Italians to even secure a losing bonus point is a major concern. Conor O'Shea sure has a tough road ahead.
