Tullow Tank Sean O'Brien has suffered more injury woe after he was ruled out of today's RBS Six Nations opener with Italy after hurting his hamstring in the warm-up.

Tommy O'Donnell replaces O'Brien, who has been out for most of the last 18 months following two shoulder reconstructions, with Ulster's Robbie Diack coming on to the bench.
