Paul O'Connell began life after rugby today when he appeared on the BBC as a pundit for Ireland's match against France in Paris.

O'Connell called time on his rugby career last week when he announced that his time at Toulon was over before it began due to injury.

The former Ireland captain, legend and all round good guy appeared on BBC today and was the subject of an emotional montage before the game. Get the tissues ready and enjoy.
