Ireland's Iain Henderson is free to face Italy in the Six Nations on Sunday following a disciplinary hearing today.

Henderson was cited for an alleged neck roll on openside Sam Cross in the 15th minute of his comeback from injury for Ulster against the Ospreys in the Pro14 on Friday night.

After appearing in front of the hearing today via video link , it was decided that the incident warranted just a yellow card and not a red.

While the disciplinary panel agreed that an "act of foul play was shown", the incident only merited a yellow card and therefore the citing was not upheld.
