Sherlock, Layden fire Irish

Tries from Michael Sherlock and Shane Layden in the second half guaranteed Ireland a place in the FIRA-AER U-18 European Championship final against France in Treviso on Saturday.

Full-back Calum Boland struck penalties in the 20th and 25th minutes as Georgia held an 11-6 lead. Boland grabbed his third penalty in the 37th minute before Sherlock and Layden went over to put the issue beyond doubt.
