Seapoint RFC have started up a mini girls' rugby section. Training takes place every Sunday morning from 11.0 to noon.

All training is conducted by accredited IRFU mini rugby coaches.

To start the training will focus on the ABCs of mini rugby, developing Agility, Balance and Coordination while handling a rugby ball. Between now and the end of April all training and games will be non-contact. Games against other clubs will be organised in March and April to introduce the girls to match situations.

All newcomers are welcome and no previous experience is needed. If you are interested or have any questions please contact Gerry Owens by email (gowens@xilinx.com) or by phone at 087-6142271.
