Haldane puts the gloss on for Campbell

Campbell College 18
Ulster schools senior final

This was expected to be a close and exciting game of rugby and that's exactly what it was, with Campbell running in a last-minute try to give them a rather flattering win at Ravenhill.

RBAI had the better of the first half, their more robust pack keeping the ball tight, and went in at half-time 6-3 ahead.

Matthew McGuigan kicked a penalty and dropped a goal; Rory Scholes replied with a penalty.

Campbell dominated the second half, taking the lead after five minutes with a Chris Farrell try, which was converted by Scholes.

The full-back added a penalty but RBAI came back with a try from Patrick Anderson. RBAI threw everything into attack, but ended up conceding a late Rob Haldane try that meant Campbell clinched the title for a 23rd time.
