Methodist College outplayed Campbell College, scoring seven tries to two, to secure Ulster Schools' Cup glory at Kingspan Stadium.

Methody could have won by a greater margin and took the lead when Ben Gourley crashed over, with Ethan McElroy successful with his first of six conversions.

Campbell levelled with a Harry Jackson try with Conor Rankin converting and then went ahead when the latter was successful after a harsh penalty award.

Max Lyttle regained the advantage for Methody though and they led 14-10 at the break.

Campbell's Dara Gaskin touched down in the second half with Rankin converting.

But Thomas Armstrong (two), Callum Davidson, David Boden and Tom Millar dotted down to secure a first final success for five seasons.
