Ryan drives superb Michael's

Presentation Bray were completely overrun by St Michael's College at Templeville road yesterday.

Captain James Ryan was the chief enforcer on a day when Presentation, for all their game tackling and harrying, were overpowered by a superior unit.

Oisin O'Mara sent winger Jack Kelly over on six minutes and flanker Barry Fitzpatrick added a penalty on 18 minutes to make it 8-0.

Kelly and O'Mara then combined on 26 minutes to set up Max Deegan, who beat three defenders to touch down.

O'Malley was involved in the try that sapped Presentation's spirit just before half-time. He was hauled down 10 metres short of the line and full-back Maximus O'Shea darted up the blindside to score.

Evan O Nuallain crashed over after a relentless 80-metre drive and, after a penalty from Presentation captain Conor Byrne, O'Mara sealed the win with a 70-metre sprint down the right wing to make it 30-3.
