The build up to Japan 2019 is ramping up and Ireland face their first warm-up game against Italy this weekend. We've all the info you need about the game below

What time is kick-off and where is the game?

Ireland's opener kicks off at 2pm on Saturday, August 10 at the Aviva Stadium on Lansdowne Road.

What TV channel is the game on?

Viewers actually have a choice of free-to-air channels for this game. RTE have the Irish rights to the game and with Channel 4 holding the UK rights they'll also be showing it. Both shows start at 1.30.

What's the Irish team?

Ireland boss Joe Schmidt had to leave the camp during the week and return to New Zealand due to to a family bereavement. In his absence, coach Andy Farrell has named an experimental Irish time as fringe players get a chance to impress.

What's next for Ireland?

Saturday's clash is the first of four warm-up games before the squad will travel to the land of the rising sun for the tournament. They'll have a week off before a match against Eddie Jones' England at Twickenham on August 24.

Their final two games are back-to-back clashes with Wales in Cardiff on August 31 and back at the Aviva on September 7.
