Ref link review

"Are you going left or right?"

Nigel Owens tries to get a head start on judging which side Aaron Cruden's opening drop off is going.

"Don't call an offside like that again, please. I don't want any help thanks. If I do, I'll let you know."

Owens informing Cruden that he is capable of refereeing on his own.

"Have you got anything stronger?" Owens (right) feeling the intense pace of play during a water break midway through the first half.

"I've got to stand somewhere. I couldn't get out of the way. Just remember, I didn't pass it, you did."

Rob Kearney's plea not entertained.

"That was a tough call" – "They're all tough calls, Richie."

After Israel Dagg's potential try was overruled, Owens tells Richie McCaw like it is.

"Eyes about now lads. Last 15. This is massive."

Everyone inside the ground thinking the same thing as Owens instructs his fellow officials to keep their focus.

"The pass to 23 is fine. Can you look at the one to 22?"

Ireland's fate is sealed as Ryan Crotty's injury-time try is given.
