Reds blood youngsters

MUNSTER and Ulster play their third round of matches in the British & Irish Cup tonight with both provinces seeking to protect unbeaten records, WRITES HUGH FARRELLY.

Ulster welcome back long-term injury victim Robbie Diack for their trip to winless Llanelli and have named a powerful side including Bryan Young, Ryan Caldwell, Niall O'Connor and Ian Whitten.

Munster take on Nottingham in Waterford, and where Ulster have picked a team full of senior experience, the southerners are looking to show off their Academy talent with an exciting selection captained by Cork Con back-row Peter O'Mahony.

Leinster take on the Chiefs in Exeter tomorrow also seeking their third win in this competition, but they will be looking to improve their try record which has seen them score one and concede two.
