Adam Jones is leaving Cardiff Blues to join Conor O'Shea's Harlequins at the end of the season, and he could be joined by fellow Welsh international Jamie Roberts.
According to reports in France, Wales are facing a tug-of-war to bring Roberts to Cardiff from Racing Metro with Harlequins attempting to lure the Lions star.
It's understood Harlequins have offered the qualified doctor a lucrative deal, which includes the chance to further his medical career in London and fit it in with his rugby demands.
Jones, meanwhile, has already signed a deal with Quins who lie eighth in the Aviva Premiership.
The 34-year-old retired from international rugby in January after being left out of Wales' squad for the Six Nations. The former Lions tight-head prop joined Blues in August 2014 after spending more than 10 seasons with Swansea-based Ospreys.
A veteran of 100 Tests, Jones penned a one-year deal at the time, and Harlequins have secured his services from the start of the 2015-16 season.
