Kilkenny racked up eight tries in a ruthless 54-3 dispatch of Wilson's Hospital to cruise into the semi-final.

Wing Luke Sonilenla fizzed to the line from halfway in the first minute at Donnybrook, hooker Stephen Gray and full-back Mark Braithwaite soon adding further tries.

Tries from flanker Stuart Dudley and wing Tamalori Awonusi made it a 33-point game before Richard Gill replied with a penalty.

Prop David Young, Awonusi and replacement scrum-half Evan Stephenson closed the show as fly-half Josh Miller kicked seven of the conversions.

Out-half David O'Leary provided 20 of CUS' points as they beat Good Counsel 30-0.

Ronan O'Leary got the opening try before the captain pounced for the second, converting to make it 17-0 at the break. Further points came from O'Leary's boot and a penalty try accrued out of Adam Fleming's hard carry.
