Women gunning for Ulster after crushing Connacht

The Munster Women, sponsored by Keane's Jewellers, came away from the Sportsground with a 37-12 win against Connacht on Saturday in their opening game as they bid to defend their inter-provincial title.

Clonmel RFC will host Munster's next fixture on Sunday, when they take on Ulster, who suffered a 41-7 defeat to Leinster last Saturday at Ravenhill.

Munster, who are aiming for a ninth title in 11 years, will complete their campaign tomorrow week at Thomond Park against Leinster.
