I am from Douglas in Cork. I attended PBC, Cork where I played junior and senior cup rugby. I played most of my school rugby at out-half and made a transition to the centre. I was capped for Ireland at Schools and U-20 level in the last few years and after that I joined the Munster Rugby academy in 2013. Made three starts for Munster in the 2014-15 season.

Favourite Munster game: It has to be the famous Munster versus the All blacks in 2008 in Thomond Park. It was an amazing occasion and just a shame that Munster couldn't take the win to match it.

Most memorable game I have played in: It would have to be my first cap for Munster against Cardiff Blues away last season. When you wait so long for something like that you never forget the occasion.

Favourite ground: I have always enjoyed playing in Thomond Park where I first played in the Schools Junior Cup final in 2009 for Presentation Brothers College. Thankfully, I have enjoyed a pretty good record there to date. I also played my first game for Munster in Thomond Park this season when I came off the bench against Glasgow Warriors for the closing stages.
