Munster Rugby fans are in for a treat next week when the province opens its doors for an open training session at Irish Independent Park.

With schools closed for the Easter holidays, why not bring the family along to the Cork venue to see how the players train two days out for their key Pro12 game against Zebre at Thomond Park on Good Friday?

The training session takes place on Wednesday next, March 23 and will be open to the public from 12.45pm.

Having not had the chance to play with the province in recent weeks, Munster's Ireland internationals will be there on the day and they will be keen to say hello to all the supporters.

After a busy two months of Six Nations action with Joe Schmidt's Ireland side, Munster players Simon Zebo, Conor Murray, Donnacha Ryan, Keith Earls, Tommy O'Donnell and CJ Stander are all expected to be in attendance.

Once training finishes supporters can meet the players, take some photographs and get their favourite players' autographs.

To facilitate the large numbers expected to attended the event the nearby Black Ash 'Park and Ride' facility will be open on the day with a fee of €5 per car.

Parking will not be permitted in the surrounding residential areas and supporters are encouraged to walk, car pool or take any transport means that will reduce congestion and parking difficulties.

This is a free event for Munster supporters and access can be gained through the Dolphin end of the ground. Get there early to avoid missing the show!
