Munster coach Johann van Graan has been forewarned of the dangers that await his side as they head to the Arms Park to face Cardiff Blues.

Thirteen months ago Van Graan's side were dismantled by the Blues in Cardiff, as two Tomos Williams tries and one each for Nick Williams and Willis Halaholo helped the home side to a 37-13 victory.

In April Munster won the return fixture with a healthy 45-21 triumph, but even that day the Blues impressed with Tomos Williams, Aled Summerhill and Rey Lee-Lo all crossing.

"It is certainly one of the games that we saw from the calendar, Cardiff away one was pretty tough last year.

"You just have to look at their lineup: Owen Lane, those two centres (Lee-Lo and Halaholo) have caused us trouble at home and away last year.

"They have a very experienced coaching side and we have got to go to them and grind out a win in Cardiff," said Van Graan.
