Foley urges fans to help push for Europe
Munster coach Anthony Foley has made a call to arms as his side prepare for their do-or-die clash with Edinburgh at Irish Independent Park next Friday.
The final game in Cork this season takes place on April 29, with Edinburgh level with Munster, but just ahead of their hosts on points difference in the standings, as they look to create a massive upset.
Victory over Edinburgh would put Munster in pole position to secure their Champions Cup status for next season, ahead of their final day outing against Scarlets at Thomond Park.
However if Munster were to lose, it would give them an uphill task going into the final weekend.
"We need massive turnout in Irish Independent Park and for the fans to get in behind the boys. The fans effort is phenomenal the team need all the support they can get. It's massive, massive," said Foley.
"We've got to be tight and make sure we are properly prepared and we have to make sure that we give it a big shot down in Cork and that we get a result."
Meanwhile, Munster season tickets for 2016-17 are now on general ahead of what will be a crucial season for Foley's men next term.
As part of Munster's efforts to deliver more value to their loyal fanbase, supporters who opt for full Munster Rugby Supporters Club (MRSC) membership can bring up to two children under 16 to all of their Guinness Pro12 home games (excluding Leinster) for free.
Munster fans can now purchase their season tickets online and can also chose to add on full MRSC at a reduced price of €50.
