Foley, O'Driscoll and Tierney get coaching tickets with Ireland
Three former Munster players will coach Irish teams in the coming months, with Anthony Foley, Mick O'Driscoll and Tom Tierney all donning green bibs on the international stage.
Current Munster forwards coach Foley has been named as head coach of the Ireland Wolfhounds team, with former Ulster player Neil Doak as his assistant.
The Wolfhounds will play against the England Saxons on January 25 at Kingsholm. Tierney and O'Driscoll will link up as part of the coaching team for the Ireland Club XV, who play a two-match series against Scotland Clubs and England Counties in February.
Ex-Ireland international and current Garryowen coach Tierney, will be head coach for the two-match series that kicks off against Scotland on February 7, while Munster great O'Driscoll will work as Tierney's assistant coach.
The clash with the Scottish clubs takes place at Temple Hill in Cork, while the England Counties tussle is at Mowden Park -- the home of Darlington RFC -- on Februrary 21.
