The Munster Rugby Development Department held a coaching workshop at Waterford City RFC earlier this month.

A total of 17 coaches from five local rugby clubs developed their coaching skills during the session.

The workshop was facilitated by Munster's Coach and Player Development Officer, Brendan O'Connor, with a focus on catch/pass and evasion skills.

The workshop began with a classroom presentation and a pitch session with the Waterford City U-16 team followed.
