MUNSTER face a lunch-time kick-off for their Challenge Cup quarter-final against fellow former Heineken Cup champions Brive in the Stade Domenech on Saturday, April 9, writes Hugh Farrelly.
The game will kick off at 2.0 local time, or 1.0 Irish time, in the last of the quarter-finals, which get under way on the Thursday night when La Rochelle host Clermont.
Harlequins take on Wasps at the Stoop on the Friday night, when Michael Cheika's Stade Francais will also square off against Montpellier.
If Munster get over the Brive hurdle, they have a home semi-final against the winner of Harlequins and Wasps, which means they would not have to face French heavyweights Stade or Clermont until the final in Cardiff. Munster are 12/5 favourites for the competition, with Stade at 5/2 and Clermont 6/1.
If Munster go on to win the competition it will mean four Irish teams will take part in next season's Heineken Cup, as Connacht would be included for the first time.
