Luke Fitzgerald's ex-teammates weren't huge fans of his 'Healy Rae' fashion statement today

Poor Luke Fitzgerald. The injured wing tried to go incognito at the Aviva Stadium this afternoon with some of his similarly crocked teammates by wearing a hat, and all he got for his troubles was some abuse from a few ex-pros.

Fitzgerald wore a flatcap in the stands as he watched Leinster eke out a narrow 16-13 win over Munster but two legends of Irish rugby - and former teammates of Fitzgerald - pointed out an uncanny resemblance between the utility back and a certain TD.

This continued the proud Irish tradition of tearing into your  friends whenever someone wears anything that is remotely different.

Maybe stick with a beanie in future, Luke.
