It might not be strictly legal, but Jordan Larmour's cheeky flick at Leinster training was still pretty great.

The youngster is back training with his province this week after making his international debut off the bench against Italy last Saturday, and could feature against the Scarlets in the PRO 14 this Saturday.

In the meantime, he has resumed doing what he does best - producing brilliant pieces of skill to wow fans.

Leinster hooker James Tracy shared this gem on social media earlier, with Larmour gathering a bouncing ball an inch from the touchline before flicking it over an unsuspecting team-mate's head.
