The prop reveals the best players  he has played with, what he would buy with lotto winnings and what he always has in his fridge.

1: Pre-match meal?

A smoothie and some pasta about four or five hours before kick-off.

2: Favourite player growing up?

Jonah Lomu.

3: Best away-day room-mate and why?

Jamie Heaslip. His routines are down to a tee at this point. Honourable mention though to big Dev.

4: Who would headline your house party?

Wild Youth and Gordon Johnson.

5: First song they would play?

All or Nothing.

6: You win the lotto, what is the first thing you would buy?

A house for my sister.

7: Favourite movie?

Two - Super Troopers and Any Given Sunday.

8: Favourite TV show and why?

One from the Netflix stable called Last Chance U. Similar mould to Friday Night Lights but follows an actual college team in East Mississippi Community College and players that have been given one last shot.

9: Earliest rugby memory growing up?

Training on the back pitch in the Bull Ring (Clontarf RFC) with my friends.

10: Who is the joker in the dressing room?

Michael Bent.

11: Favourite holiday destination and why?

Two again - Italy and Inishbofin Island off the Galway coast. Both places very relaxed in their own unique way.

12: Favourite away ground to play at?

Nothing comes near to playing in the RDS Arena so I'm going to pass on that.

13: Three people (dead or alive) who you would invite to dinner?

Johnny Cash, Paul O'Donohoe and Rihanna.

14: Most memorable moment in rugby?

My first try for Leinster in October 2007 against Glasgow Warriors.

15: Do you have any pre-match superstitions/rituals?

Not really. Music in the car is about it.

16: Who is the best player you have played alongside and why?

Three here - Brad Thorn, Paul O'Connell and Brian O'Driscoll. All share the same trait and that's being game-changers and superb motivators.

17: Who is the best player you have played against and why?

Paul O'Connell. He didn't have a stop button.

18: Can you tell us one interesting fact about yourself?

19: Name three things that are always in your fridge?

Milk, eggs and cherry juice.

20: Best advice you ever got?

Start a pension.
