Leinster Rugby is delighted to announce a number of Level 1 coaching courses available for the summer.

This stage of coaching is made up of a category of age-grade players from U16-U18s and adult junior players. The coach aims to challenge the capacities of players and strives for players to have higher standards.

The game evolves during this stage as the performance of individual players, units and the team as a whole is challenged via structured methods with emphasis placed more so on maximising development in the pursuit of achieving desired outcomes and results.

Domestic rugby manager Philip Lawlor said: "Attending a coaching course gives the coach the necessary skills to plan, organise and deliver sessions to their players through the season. The courses provide the coach with the game and management knowledge required at their level to provide a quality environment to maximise their players' potential."

Leinster Rugby coaching staff provide continuous back-up to coaches through the season, providing information, monitoring and feedback.
