The Bank of Ireland Leinster School of Excellence has been in running for 20 years and is the largest and most successful rugby camp in the country.

The aim of the camp is to provide players from 12-17, both boys and girls, with a comprehensive rugby package which allows them to experience a week in the life of a professional rugby player.

What sets the Leinster School of Excellence programme apart from any other is the level of coaching on offer to the boys and girls who participate - from professional coaches to nutritional experts.

Focus of the week is on developing core individual skills as well as improving game sense and game understanding.

The players will experience in depth video analysis, position-specific coaching, as well as weekly guest speakers, sports psychology for the young player and swimming pool recovery session.

Stephen Maher, Leinster School of Excellence manager, said: "The programme has grown year on year and we've added an additional two hour coaching session each Friday and also have brilliant guest speakers confirmed.

"We're confident that players from across the province and further afield will sign up to live like a professional player for the week."

Book now at www.leinsterrugby.ie/soe.

Early Bird price €399 residential and €299 non-residential camp if booked before March 25.
