1. What boots do you wear?

Adidas Kakari Kevlar.

2. What's your pre-training routine?

I have pancakes in the morning and then relax watching TV and go over the game-plan just before.

3. You're in charge of the after-match tunes, what goes on first?

'Sandstorm'.

4. Imagine a world that you're not a rugby player - what's your job?

I'd be playing in the NFL for the Patriots, as a tight end.

5. Stranded on a desert island, what three things do you take?

A cow, a good book and some chocolate.

6. Which team-mate would you want with you on the island and why?

Seán O'Brien. He seems like a man that could survive!

7. What was your favourite book as a child?

The Cherub series of books.

8. What's your first sporting memory as a player or spectator and what do you remember from it?

Leinster played Munster in Lansdowne Road. Munster won.

9. You have one moment from your career to do over. What is it?

Don't throw the intercept against Belvo in the semi-final.

10. What rugby skill would you most like to possess?

The perfect spiral.

11. Favourite boxset/TV series?

'Gossip Girl' or 'Suits'.

12. What current player in your position do you most admire?

Brodie Retallick.

13. Who has been the biggest influence on your rugby career and why?

My Dad. He has always given an honest review.

14. What was your first car?

A 01 reg VW Polo.

15. What sporting event makes your bucket list and why?

Inside the ropes for the final round of the Masters.

16. One minute to go in the Champions Cup final, you're three points down and you have a penalty in front of the posts… what do you do?

Take a scrum and then let the backs do their thing to win it.

17. What was the last concert you went to?

Tinie Tempah in Spain.

18. Tell us something interesting about yourself.

I came second in the All-Ireland U-18s shot put competition.

19. What's your own best memory playing rugby?

Being part of the Grand Slam-winning squad with the Ireland U-20s this year.

20. Who'll win the Gallagher Premiership in England and the Top 14 in France?

Saracens for the Premiership and Racing 92 for the Top 14.
