Old Wesley Fundraiser
As many former players will recall, one of the highlights for junior rugby in Old Wesley is the end-of-season tour and in March, a party of 48 players, coaching staff and alickadoos will look to keep alive an old club touring tradition of travelling to Edinburgh for the Six Nations weekend, playing against old rivals Edinburgh Accies on the morning of the international.
To raise funds for this tour and contribute towards the cost of junior rugby, there will be a fundraising quiz tomorrow at 7.30 in the clubhouse after the first round of Six Nations matches. First prize is four tickets to the Ireland v France match on February 14.
